complete Sayes Rig self steering- $1200

Complete Sayes Rig with all associated parts and hardware. Boat is on the hard and the rudder fittings will be removed. Part of the rig appears in this photo:

I have all the other parts that go with it. Everything is in good shape excepts the fabric sail.

It's at least 12 years old but it may be as old as the boat. It's very heavy. Presently on the Eastern Shore (Chesapeake) but I live in NC. Delvery in between is possible.

No idea what it's worth, make an offer. Open to trades- i need an alternator for a Yanmar 2QM20, a gimbaled galley stove, nav gear, a small (2-4 hp) outboard.
