I have a 1981 Allmand 31' in above average condition, good sails, reconditioned universal 5416 16hp, runs like a top, new lemar 60 main hatch, air-breeze wind generator, new electric head and a lot more.

Needs some cetol on the teak topsides and and 2 pieces of teak & holly, one 20"x20" and another 12"x 12" inside.

Overall ready to go, just completed a 3 yr cruise around Fl and brought her across the ditch and up to St Pete 3 months ago.

I have an accepted offer on a CSY33! It is Ciao Bella and listed on yachtworld. I have to wait on the survey and if all goes well she will be mine

I will keep her in Saint Pete for now with plans to go to the Bahamas next year.

Thanks for everyones input. I have been reading posts on here for over two years during my search. I will live aboard while getting her, and myself, ready for extended cruising.

a friend that is painting my boat has a 30 cheoy lee in very nice condition. the boat is in charleston and he is going to bring it to fl (or will sell it there). i think he wants $ 10K. he showed me pics...looks very nice

I know this out of your region, but we are selling our Grampian 34 -- a centre-cockpit ketch, that would be perfect for your needs. Boat is located in Thunder Bay, ON (on Lake Superior).

Elysian is a solid, comfortable cruiser that's excellent for a couple or a small family. The aft cabin makes her very livable. She has tons of storage space, and she's undergone many upgrades (electrical, ports, bottom, many more).

Thanks Boatman, Elysian really is a great boat for the right person. We're getting a few more bites on her these days (is the boating market improving??), so hopefully she'll go to new owners before the start of next season. www.elysian.ca
