Re: Cruising Yacht - Australasia / South Pacific Region

Hi,
I have a nice Endurance 35 which I have been preparing for round the world cruising over the last 2 years. It is not quite ready yet but needs not so much to finish. more like connecting systems than aything else.

A good solid offshore boat with a long full keel with cutaway forefoot which makes tacking a dream. Cutter rigged sloop. I took the furler off as i have seen too many jamb so it has hanked on sails. She is very roomy with an airy pilothouse with huge headroom. She sails in 5 knots plus and can handle anything you thow at her.

Here are some details:

35ft LOH
39ft LOA (ie Include bowsprit)
8-9 tonner unloaded (nice solid motion in seaway)
BMW 50D mrine diesel engine (direct injection, very smooth 45hp engine)
Hull speed 8 knots under power or sail.
Auto pilot with remote
Wind generator through own controller (new)
2 80w solar panels through solar controller
Xantrex battery monitor )(new)
6 batteries
Truecharge 40 battery charger (new)
Generator 200watt portable
BBQ (new) can be removed and used in cockpit if windy or on shore
Kerosene stove and oven (works needs new jets) (I do not like gas)
Manual toilet (won't break down)
Hot and cold water pressure system (new) (still need to install the hot water tank which is included with all plumbing)
Cockpit shower (still to nstall)
Davits and Lamoores 7ft GRP glass dinghy
Lots of ropes and warps
Manual windlass plus new electric Lwemar not installed yet
Bruce and CQR anchor both heavy duty plus kedge anchor
All bunk cushions in as new condition 7 bunks in 3 cabins
No Osmosis and hull has been stripped and Vinyl estered
high freeboard so very dry decks when sailing
1000l water 450l fuel
Large holding tank setup for pump overboard or to shore or toilet direct overboard as well (all new)
Full boom tent (new) plus spare old one
Cockpit bimini with tarp (needs proper cover still)
AIS receiver class B (new)
RC435 Raymarine chartplotter plus spare one
GPS antennae i nstalled
multiple batter selector switches for all possibilities
VSR voltage service regulator
Isolator regulator
and much more.

I do not want to sell but economic times means I must. Asking $10500
A real bargain as these boats use to sell for $140,000 fitted out.
Call me on 0421799347 or email me if you are interested. I will not sell for a ridiculous price as I am not really ready to sell yet anyway.

She is located in Sydney

Cheers,
Colin

Re: Cruising Yacht - Australasia / South Pacific Region

Hi You might like to consider our boat, Chardonnay, she's not GRP, shes steel but she ticks all the other boxes and as we have another boat we are keen to sell at $79,000. We have a blog and are advertising through Boatpoint & Yachthub lots of photos and details on those sites. A 3 cabin Van de Stadt 40 Sloop with plenty of room in all directions. We are currently living on board and we're in Moreton Bay.
