For Sale: CS27 in Deltaville,Va

Selling this 1978 Canadian Sailcraft for a fraction of it's value. Have purchased larger boat and need to move this one.
The bottom was peeled and left to dry for almost 4 years.New bottom with 3 layers of fiberglass cloth with west system epoxy 3 coats of interlux 2000E barrier coat 2 coats of West Marine hard anti-fouling. Topsides painted 3 years ago with 3 Coats of Interlux Brightside.Boat was last hauled in Novenber 2011, bottom pressure washed and topsides polished. Non pressurized alcohol stove with New Butcher Block, New Solar Vents New Bottom Paint New Dodger 2009. New Thru Hulls New Cabin Lighting New Nav Lights New Apparent wind gauge and sending unit New Depth Sounder and sending unit New Voltage Selector. Yanmar YS8 Engine , (New Starter, New rear main seal, New fuel tank.and more) New Fuel gauge on main cluster (not standard on CS27) All Interior wood refinished New Headliner All new porthole lenses. New Forward Hatch Lexan, New Running Rigging New Lazy Jacks New life Lines New Microwave VHS Radio Stereo CD Player .Working Head. Main sail is good, roller furling genoa is fair, but good for another couple of seasons.
All lines run aft for single handed sailing. I put a lot of new stuff in her and a lot of elbow grease. Selling boat to move up to bigger cruising boat. She is in a slip at Deltaville, VA. that is available at $100 @ month if needed. This Boat is in great condition. one turn of the key and the engine fires right up. Just get on board and sail her ! The CS27 is still available, but for some reason I can't access the virtual tour anymore. Possibly server issues. If I can find it on disc, I'll post it later. I can furnish additional photos, but again, I need to locate the disc.

can you offer a list of features/equipment? Does she have a galley, stove/oven, sink? LPG, alcohol stove or what? Does she have a refrigerator or ice box? Does she have a head? SS Sink in head? Shower? Hot/cold water? any soft spots, core rot or delamination on deck? I have a long list of questions and while I may seem like a PITA, I would guess other interested people want to know the same info.

Does she have a galley, stove/oven, sink? Yes, there is a galley and an alcohol two burner non pressurized stove. No oven. There is a sink, but the pressure water is not connected at this time. Does she have a refrigerator or ice box? There is a large ice box, but no refrigeration. Does she have a head?There is a head and holding tank and a stainless sink in the head. Shower? No shower, but fittings are there. Hot/cold water?No hot water. any soft spots, core rot or delamination on deck? No soft spots,no core rot, no delamination.

The bottom is bomb proof. We hauled out a month ago to pressure wash, and it's still like brand new.
