With a boat like this - a one-off - it is very unlikely that the price will be the deciding factor. If you find the right buyer, s/he will find the price. Other forum members might object to me giving you this advice! But we should all sympathise with you and hope you will find a good buyer soon. Maybe you have friends who are sailors - they could put the word out for you, including putting up adverts in local clubs - and they may recommend a trustworthy local broker who could get the boat into major online advertising channels.
I bought my boat after the seller had been trying to sell for two years - it was what I wanted but not many others shared my view.

Thank you for your kind response. You are correct, it's not so much about the price. I have cut the price substantially and at $115,000 I'm told by numerous people that I'm giving her away. My motivation is to get located near my children in the midwest before Jesus takes me home. Kahana would be a burden for my family should I go before she sells.
