Dinnerware

Santa brought me lots of boat goodies for Christmas so am cleaning out the closets.

First out is a set of dinnerware, 8 plates and saucers, 2 serving plates, 6 small bowls, 4 deeper bowls, 6 glasses, 2 cups. Used but in pretty good condition. You can see a few scratches mainly on the plates, probably from the PO cutting his filet mignon.

Unbreakable, I am guessing made of melamine.

Free for the cost of shipping or pick up in Gainesville FL.

Well it is early Saturday morning. Aren't most sailors still recovering from Friday night rum parties?

Re: Dinnerware

Good Morning Skipmac! We are just down the road from you in Silver Springs. Nice dishes, I'm already outfitted in that respect, but a great opportunity for some one here, that's for sure. Is that your 422 in the photo? That is one sweet CC design. The Pearson 422 was a serious contender when we were choosing our current boat.

Hi MJ,

Yep, that's my 422. Currently parked in the woods about 5 miles east of Alachua. I'm guessing that you don't have a 41 Morgan parked in Silver Springs?

Morgans were on my short list when I went shopping. Learned to sail on a Morgan and spent 2 years cruising on an early 70s OI-36, baby sister to the 41. Great liveaboard and Bahamas boat. The draft was about 3'6" if I recall. I could go anywhere in that boat.

So, other than built by Catalina what's the difference between the Morgan Classic 41 and the original OI41?

Sold to the couple with the Pearson (nice boats ) in Ohio. Will ship by the cheapest method, probably UPS or USPO. Any preference?

Not sure if anyone is open Monday but will get the cost and let you know asap.
