Smile Bauer Junior II 240V compressor

Greetings to all. This is my first posting on this forum.

I have a identical unit and have been using it for two years now. It needs about 18 mins to fill a 100cu.in steel tank. I also have the 220-240V single phase. To the interested, make sure you can power this thing because it draws quite a bit.
Now I'm using it at home with a 120/240 transformer and it draws somewhere arund 32-35 amps with surge start than run on 28-30 amps on 120V. Runs beautifully, needs oil change and air filter cartridge change once in a while.
Very practical to be independant from fill stations.

In the coming year, I'm sailing my boat back home for fitting of a few last items and toys and getting it ready for retirement and full time cruising in two years. One of the things on the list will be to install my compressor on board.

I had one since new and these are factory rated to fill an 80 cubic tank in 20 min, I asked how long it would take to fill because as they age they need more time to fill the tanks-one big drawback is the cost of filters at about $35-40 each, and rated if I remember correct 20-30 fills
