Dock available Saint Petersburg

Private dock behind residence in Venetian just north of DT Saint Pete. Up to a 40' boat maybe a little more. My boat has a 5' draft and I can get out in everything but the lowest tide (shallow spot on the way out). Very sheltered and safe area.

300 per month

Hey BD,

Is this your residence? Shore Power? Any issues with parking or coming and going at odd hours?

I am helping the owner to try and find someone for his dock. He just recently got the house and is going to be renting it. All the homes in that area are a half million plus so he will obviously be looking for quality tenants for the house. I have my boat 1 house over at his dads place.

There will be shore power and water, but I think the power is just a regular plug. It's the same where I keep my boat and I just got an adapter to plug it in. I can run everything but the A/C.

You can park on the south side of the street with no problems. As for coming in at odd hours, you would have to discuss this with the owner. But I don't think coming in at odd hours would be a problem as long as you are not having wild parties. I have gone to my boat as early as 530 AM and got in from a sail at midnight.

Hope this helps

Quick Question(s)

Looks great,,,, how well protected is the slip during H*cane Season,,,
and how many bridges to the Gulf,,,
and lastly, and not related to the above issue, are you a sales Rep for a Beauty Products Company selling to Salons ?

Thanks,,

HI,

It's on the Tampa bay side, so very well protected and no bridges to get out.

And I'm not a sales rep....What made you ask that?

Let me know if you got more questions.

Warm slip

I might be interested in a warmer place to stay this winter. When could I drive from Houston to look? Is it still available?

Hey:::

when we first bought our boat in June, I met a lovely woman that was a rep for a cosmetics company, that had a Hunter '37 with her husband as Captain, very helpful, and lived in Indian Rocks Beach, and docked their boat with a similar name in St. Pete,,,, we are looking at other slip opportunities in Pinellas, and she had mentioned availablity along the Inter Coastal,,,

Thanks for your repsonse,,, I think our current preference is to be on the Gulf side,,,,
