No liveaboards, but plenty small hotels nearby. 10 mins from KFLL airport.

Dock on the picture for sail or power boats up to 36-37', 5'6" draft and 14' beam.
$375 per month.
Also have other docks on same canal with same draft/beam limits, but up to 55' (over 37' length, $10 per foot per month)

Close to LMC boat yard and well protected from hurricanes. (Truly a hurricane hole)
Light maintenance by owner or contractors ok, heavy maintenance is a no-no.
Yards all over Fort Lauderdale for bigger projects.
Location of these docks are Guava Isle, zip code 33315.
No fixed bridges, about 45 minutes from the ocean, 2 miles inland but still East of I-95.
