Dockage in St Augustine for multihull or shoal draft mono

I have 55' of bulk headed canal space for rent just South of St Augustine off the ICW. there is 5' of water at high tide, but none at low tide. This is a perfect spot for a multihull that can dry at low tide or full keel boat can settle in the mud or better yet, a twin keeler. I may eventually put a lift in for my cat, but just the bulkhead for now.

Anyhow, this is an extremely secure area storm wise and located at the large turnaround at the dead end of a canal. Rental would be very reasonable due to depth issues.
