Includes the pedestal, the wheel, throttle control one side of the pedestal, gear shift control on the other, everything inside the pedestal, the plate with the pulleys which mounts under the cockpit sole under the pedestal, the quadrant.
Also the steering cables and the two morse cables.

There is also a 1 inch tubing upside down U which mounts forward of the pedestal and has attachments to the pedestal. Handhold as well as a mount point for instruments and a cockpit table.
