Located in Fort Lauderdale.
Private dock, no live-aboard.
$380 per month which includes $10 for running a fan 24/7 to prevent mildew and stagnant air.

Avocado Isle, 10 mins from FLL airport.

The dock is available indefinitely at the same price.

For a haul-out and survey and or bottom job, Riverbend Marine Center is right around the corner, about 10 mins motoring.


A bottom job will probably run $2,200.

In the meantime I have had divers go down to scrub the bottom/prop and change zincs.

The boat is in pretty good shape for the price and I was 30 years younger, I would do it myself
