Summary:
This is an opputunity to own a solid yacht and an excellent live-aboard.

I have inherited Pipedream but due to other commitments and projects, I am unable to invest the time and money to complete the outstanding works which consist of the following..

Current steering system is a worm screw type which has been removed to make way for a hydraulic system yet to be installed. Currently opperating on emergency tiller only.

'Pipedream' is near full functional although some aspects just require some TLC and general attention. Anyone willing to spend a bit of time on electrics,general maintenance and having the steering system installed will have a great blue water cruiser.

Navigation equipment onboard is very basic and consists of GPS and VHF radio.

I would estimate an investment of approximately £7000 to complete the entire project.

This vessel has been priced with all of the above in mind and with an urgency to sell.
