Floating saltwater houseboat

Looking in Southeast (primarily Florida)for a 40+ foot houseboat. Does not have to run, has to have negligible hull and super structure damage, and be cheap. Prefer to have working gen. Using it to set up an on water shop, so will be gutted for most part, maybe leave basic waste and potable system.

It was an insanely difficult task to figure out the most intriguing aspect for comment...

But I believe I have it narrowed to the "al fresco head balcony" above the outboards...
