Couldn't agree with you more Berntsen- their price is what it is. They can still negotiate in private. This is coy, amateurish, a waste of time and it just alienates potential buyers - like me. They did send me a "private message" the price and a link - but since I don't often use this forum I didn't understand I had to go to a "private message" board to get an answer for the public inquiry I made. Really turns me off - as it apparently does most other readers.

For what it's worth - I spoke to the sellers back in May. Seemed like a nice couple, and a well equipped boat. But they were asking significantly more than others on the market- something like $670-690k.

It seems they aren't in a hurry to sell and don't want to take flak for an asking price that is higher than others, especially since prices have dropped quite a bit since May.

Sorry for those who are offended and feel our ad is a waste of time, but we prefer personal contact with interested buyers. Our boat is fully equipped, like new, ready for blue water cruising and has many extras you won't find on a new boat.
The price is not $670-690k, and has never been. Our asking price is $629k.
