I am advertising a good friend's yacht that he is selling in San Diego. It's a beautifully restored 1930's yacht. Though wood, it has been fully epoxied and has fiberglassed decks and coach roof. It has just been fully Varnished with 7 - 9 layers of Varnish on cap rails and wood coach sides, butterfly hatch and forward hatch. Perkins 4-108 with NEW custom water pump (with receipt), runs beautifully and starts every time with no fuss. New Macerator pump for pump out as well as another for toilet (receipts). New Bilge pumps and many more. New custom boom tent canvas as well as like new matching mizzen/main boom covers and forsail covers, with matching butterfly hatch, companion and forward hatch covers.

He's asking only $33,500 for it as it is a 42 foot, 47 overall in length with 10.6 foot beam an full keel at 7 feet.
