Heya Jim - you inspired me to research this a little further. I believe Forespar calls this a "Cargo Mate" and it is the Big Brother (or Sister) of the Motor Mate. Same design, just more stout and a wider range of functionality including lifting people out off the water during a MOB recovery. Total purchase is advertised as 15x1.
