Saw this pretty close to me on local classifieds. I'm really not in a position to take on a project like this at the moment but thought someone here might be interested.

If it wasn't winter right now.. it'd be tempting. But then again, how much is "sank", why did it sink, does it now have a saturated core in places, how many other things need replacing (sole, etc).. so many unanswered questions but does pique the interest for a look see...

Yeah if I was close enough to drive, or had a place to put it if I did decide to grab it and refit I would consider. The boat is about 4hrs around the lake from me
