FS Catalina 28 Mk II - 2003

I'm thinking of selling my boat, a 2003 28 Mk II (Hull 713) Excellent condition, this boat is fully loaded, tall rig, wing keel, low hours on the engine (220) , and the sails are as good as new.

Full dodger and bimini with side curtains, wheel and winch covers, upgraded interior with flat screen TV, DVD player and Stereo.

Full electronics, Garmin Chartplotter, Raymarine VHF, Depth, Log and Autopilot. This boat even has Airconditioning and heating. Engine was serviced in April '07 and the bottom was painted and the anodes changed at the same time.

This boat has been lovingly cared for, but a change of plans means it needs a good home. Currently in Stamford CT.

It's only my opinion but I doubt there is a better 2003 model for sale.

Price is $69,900, but make me a realistic offer and I'm sure we can work something out.

Price reduced for a quick sale

I'm seriously selling my boat, a 2003 Catalina Mk II (Hull 713) Excellent condition, this boat is fully loaded, tall rig, wing keel, low hours on the engine (220) , and the sails are as good as new.

Full dodger and bimini with side curtains, wheel and winch covers, upgraded interior with flat screen TV, DVD player and Stereo.

This boat has been lovingly cared for, but a change of plans means it needs a good home. Currently in Stamford CT. Price includes winter storage until May 2008.

It's only my opinion but I doubt there is a better 2003 model for sale.

Price is reduced for a quick sale: $62,500.
