Re: Gemini 3400 Available

Maybe it's an auction!

I'll start the bidding at $1,500, and won't need a survey at that price.

Re: Gemini 3400 Available

I have owned "Second Chance" since 2001 and am its second owner. While this is my first post, I have been a lurker for many years. The initial asking price is $85,000 US and I apologize for leaving that out of the post.

Re: Gemini 3400 Available

Second Chance is currently in Isla Mujeres, Mexico but should be heading back to Florida in a week or so and then headed to Savannah, GA for the holidays.

Where you pick that price from Joe ? is that what you would pay for that boat ? or just dealing strategy, would be good to know your thoughts when looking for a Catamaran you sound ruthless with deals LOL

I'm sure you are aware of your competition out there, but in case you were not, here are some listings that may or may not be comparable to yours.

Yachtworld

From Boattrader: 1995 3400 Gemini

And a 1993 one

Not many for sale, which may be a good thing, but the ones that are, appear to have an asking price advantage.

Just something that you may want to consider.

Re: Gemini 3400 Available

I am aware of the competition and there are a few available. Gemini owners are loyal to their boats and that may be why there are not many for sale. My asking price is exactly that, a starting place. Also the additional gadgets and toys on Second Chance make up for alot of the difference. Second Chance isn't a project boat and is ready to sail away.

Thank you for pointing out the things you did.

Regards,

John Shaw
