Want to Rent: Grand Cayman live aboard/weekend crew

I am a 34 year old professional who is considering a move to Grand Cayman for the next 1-2 years due to a recent job offer. I am new to the sailing/boat life but I love it. I recently sailed with a crew on the coast of Alaska and would like to continue to gain more skills. My ideal situation would be to live aboard a boat on the Grand Cayman in exchange for maintenance work, etc and for free or reasonable rent. I would have a job during the weekdays during Fall/Winter/Spring months, but I would also like to gain more experience sailing and cruising on the weekends. If you have a situation where this might work out or know of someone on Grand Cayman that might be interested in working something out with me...please let me know as soon as possible.
