For Sale: Grunert refrigerator system

Complete Grunert refrigeration system with cold plates, controls, and compressor. Three cold plates measuring 22x10, 14x14, 22x13. Tucumseh AJ530AT-336-J7 compressor (sells for $450 new). Everything in working order when uninstalled. Includes technical manual. We decided to upgrade to a keel cooled system, the guy at the boat show finally wore us down!

Hello Sweet Dreams,
I too have a Gruenert system which I am considering replacing. (For the time being my fridge tech has talked me out of it.) I would be very interested to hear how the install of you new system goes relative to your expectations. Total number of hours of install. Number of amp hours/day compared to the Grunert. Are you planning to do it yourself? Which keel cooled system did you select?

will it cool my 24"x36"x30" V shaped fridge?

Grunert is a very well-known brand, you should be able to find ton of info via Google. It is a 110 system. Our freezer was about that same sized and V shaped and had 2 cold plates in it and would freeze things exceptionally well. The 3rd cold plate (larger one) was used in our refrigerator box. This one compressor ran all 3 plates on 2 separate thermostats.

It is a 110 volt. There isn't really a model number that I can find. I will be happy to email you the tech manual for the details. It is almost 2MB and I cannot post it to the forum because it exceeds the max size.
