Want To Buy: Gusher 8 Mark III Rocker Arm

The "rocker arm" on my Gusher 8 Mark III is busted, so I'm looking for an old unit that has the rocker arm intact. It is the under-deck model, picture of rocker arm is attached.

I recently had the exact same failure on the same pump.

If these are failure prone maybe it's best not to replace it with another used one? I had been contemplating making one

Neither of the replacement options has the same bolt patterns and I would like to avoid that much of a project right now.

I've also thought about having it fabricated in aluminum or stainless by a machine/welding shop. Don't know if 3D printing of a replacement is an option for a "one off" part.

The rocker arm for the Titan looks the same, but haven't got the measurements. Whale doesn't think it will work but I would like to measure it.

I was thinking the same thing about the titan but it is much bigger, no way it could work.

I kind of doubt that a printed one would be strong enough, but aluminum or stainless would certainly work. Of course, having a shop do it will cost you more than a new pump (but at least you won't have to drill any new holes).

Found a used Gusher 8 with the rocker arm I need, so closing out this thread. Thanks to Salty Dog Marine in Norfolk, VA. You can spend a whole day there and still not see everything they have. They are open 7 days a week. The owner Mike is kinda grumpy but the cute lady who works on Saturday and Sunday is sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful.
