I am taking delivery of a Fountaine Pajot Helia 44 Evolution ex factory (France) in April and due to new business commitments in Australia, am seeking one or two co-owners. This luxury catamaran will likely be based in the Med and Carib for the next 5-6 years but this is open for discussion.

Private syndicate, no company management programs, no BS. You will own equity is the vessel (certificate of title provided) with the ability to sell your share at any time on the open market.

Full price of boat approx 650,000 USD.

Time on board and share of maintenance costs proportioned to % level of investment. A 1/6th equity share would be approx 108,000 USD providing 8 weeks on board annually (4 weeks in season and 4 weeks out).

She is fully optioned with AC, 180L/hr watermaker, washer/dryer, 760w solar and cork decks.

Hi, We may have a strong interest in the opportunity. The Helia is my second choice of boat and we are thinking of doing this lifestyle for a few years as well. I will give you a run down on our situation and if suited we could catch up and discuss some more.
I am Mark ( 55 ) and my wife Silvana (50) are presently living on the northern beaches of Sydney and have sold our house. We intend to rent for a while. We are semi retired and I am trade based ( Electrical Contractor) practical person and have been around power boats all my life. I have previously shared a boat (34ft Fastlane ) with my accountant at the time ( can give references) and found it to be a good way of owning and caring for a boat. My wife Silvana speaks Italian well and is good at international travel and is also keen for this lifestyle.
We are not good Sailors and are presently doing the Yatchmaster Course at the Royal Prince Alfred Yatch Ylub that we are members of. We would love to do some ocean passages but are not confident (scared) of doing tis without confident crew. I am sure we will acquire the confidence and skills with more time served. We did spend 10 days on a Lagoon 45 in Numea with a good friend and have since had the desire to do more of this lifestyle.
