We are looking to swap a property in northern Brazil for a catamaran or steel hulled cruising yacht.
Our property sits on eight acres with four hundred coconut trees. A two story, three (en-suite) bedroomed house with large covered BBQ terrace beside a good fishing lake. There is also, kitchen, dining room, lounge and an office (could be fourth bedroom). Excellent for bird watchers with over 120 species observed & 65 species photographed. The property is only 10 minutes from the beach which offers world class kite surfing.

We are looking to swap for a 42 – 46 cruising cat with all important upgrades within the last 5 years. Must have three cabins, two heads. Preferably a model with dagger boards but not crucial.

Or a 45 – 48 ft steel cruising yacht with all important upgrades within the last five years. The hull should have had a scan within the last two or three years. Must have three cabins, two heads.

Both types of vessel should be set up for long term global cruising and be fitted out accordingly.

A very recent surveyors report would be helpful.

Maximum price guide for either boat circa $150.000.

Our property is valued at $275.000 so a negotiable cash balance would be required.
