Want to Rent: Houseboat - Annapolis / Kent Island Area

I would like to rent, rent to buy, baby sit, or possibly take over payments on a houseboat in the Annapolis or Bay Bridge, Kent Island area. Perhaps a boat along the Potomac might be possible depending on location or move to a marina on the Chesapeake Bay.

Do you have a houseboat you do not want to put on the hard or pay slip fees for? I will live on her and take over slip fees along with other costs.

Do you have a houseboat you do not use? Has your houseboat been in use this season? Why let her sit alone and empty. Your boat could be in good use by me.

There may be some house boats around, But I have never seen one on the lower potomac river or the Bay.
