Re: ICOM M-700 PRO (new in box)

Hi-
I bought it used from a shop which outfits boats for cruising rallys. Paid what I am asking. I need to buy an 802 (due to space concerns) and will need an AT-140 to match that rig.

Do you still have the tuner, the modem, and the radio?
and what would be the price for all 3?

Hi -
Yes, I still have all 3. I turned down an offer on the tuner alone and I have an offer for $1000 for all 3. I still think $1200 is fair for all three (I think the tuner and radio would get that comfortably on ebay) but if you want to make an offer, let me know. I am not really sure what the modem is worth - it is a question mark since it is PII but if you want PIII upgrade it will need to go back to the factory (so it could be worth anywhere from $200-600, i really don't know).

Re: ICOM M-700 PRO (new in box)

Received a bunch of responses / offers last night by email and PM. Pretty confident in saying SALE PENDING. Working offsite today will sort out who is first / highest late this afternoon and get back to you all. Thank you.

Re: ICOM M-700 PRO (new in box)

I really didn't make my offer of $1000 yesterday for the purpose of having it published here, with invitations to match or beat it. It was not a bid at an auction, but an invitation to say yes or no. I withdraw my offer.

Mr. Dockhead -

I am sorry you are mad, but I don't know what you are talking about. I didn't "publish" any offer from you. You made your offer by PM and I told you yesterday that I would get back to you (because your response was 2 minutes after I lowered the price on the rig). Since then, 3 people offered full price (and I had offers for the components). I just need to sort through the responses and see which one came in when and confirm with them. I can't do that on my phone -- so I will do it tonight when I get home.

To the others, rest assured this is not an "auction" or a bidding contest, I just need to figure out who was first and shipping and get a confirmation and that'll be that.

"it" refers to the tuner. one "it" is new, one "it" is used. get it? thanks for playing.
