Try rigrite.com They are sometimes expensive and a bit hard to deal with, but they have more isomat parts than anyone else.

I did try rigrite and you were right on both points. The NGA-51-FC spinnaker car was $479 and they said they could not provide the dimensions of the car. I tried someone else's car and it seemed to big so I wanted to verfiy the measurement of the car before I order, so I won't use them.

The car has some plastic inserts which slide on the mast--the raw dimensions might seem a bit big.
