JRC 1500 LCD 2kw Radar Scanner and Display

Fully functioning, nice shape JRC 1500 LCD Radar for sale. Fully functional in good shape with all cables and mount.

Was top rated "best buy" in Practical Sailor a few years back.

Details: The Radar 1500 is 16nm radar with the capability to scan down to 1/8nm. With 2 kW of power the JRC 1500 really defines the small targets and can burn through fog, rain, and sea clutter with ease. The 1500 features a waterproof high definition 6'' LCD screen that's easy to control the VRM, EBL, GAIN, anti-sea & rain clutter, range cursor, and menu selection. Menus are selected using the exclusive JOG dial and JOY stick controls. By pressing in the JOG dial, a menu is called up and a selection is made with the JOY stick. By clicking the JOG dial again, you can either go to the next menu or return to your radar screen. The JOY stick also provides easy, ''any-direction'' control of location pointer for Lat/Long, range and bearing information. Easy control of VRM (Variable Range Marker), EBL (electronic Bearing Line), GAIN, anti-sea and rain clutter, and range cursor. NMEA 0183 compatible for Navigation-Data: vessel position, target range, bearing, lat/long, speed and course and more. Includes a high-speed 12.5'' radome antenna with a 10-meter cable. Dimensions: 7.5'' W x 7.25'' H x 2.5'' D.

Asking $695, Can ship out asap, cost depending on location.

Re: JRC 1500 LCD 2kw Radar Scanner and Display

Hello, If this unit is fully functioning, and all parts are there, I'd like to offer $500, and pay shipping to Toronto.
How does that work for you?
