For Sale: Katadyn PowerSurvivor 80

I have a Katadyn Powersurvivor 80 for sale. It was pulled from a friends boat and sold to me. It was bought for a Vic-Maui race and return and was removed from the boat afterwards. While moving, the pressure vessel and membrane were lost. I just received new replacement parts from Katadyn, so this unit comes with a new and unused membrane, housing and all plumbing that attaches to the membrane housing. It also comes with service chemicals, extra filters and a standard prefilter housing. I have not run the machine since the new membrane came in so the membrane will be new.

These usually sell for $3800 or so new, asking $1500. This unit is located in Seattle and the pump is reasonably heavy, so local preferred but will ship if requested.

This unit draws 8 amps at 12V DC and produces around 80 gallons of water a day.
