Kiwi props for sale

For standard 30mm shaft. Includes 3 spare blades and manual. Purchased 2013 for $3000.00 new. Although both are usable, only one is in perfect condition. Purchase should be made assuming the second one will serve as a spare as one of the blades is stiff and I have not been able to figure out why. Perhaps the stud is slightly bent. $800 plus shipping. Re: Kiwi props for sale

Do you know offhand if the kiwis are able to be adapted to a 1 inch shaft? What is the diameter of the props?
Thanks
Mike

Re: Kiwi props for sale

Thanks for the reply. I doubt it's as easy as a solid prop but you can get a plastic sleeve to adapt bigger "solid" prop shafts to a smaller shaft (1.25 down to 1"). I'll contact the company and see.

They might have a solution for sure, it would have to change the taper as well though.

True. However, the metric shafts have an ISO taper of 1:10 while an SAE taper is 1:16. In addition, they have different key sizes.

Re: Kiwi props for sale

So if the shaft measures 1 1/16, then it is probably a metric shaft? My friend has a CS 36 Merlin his measures 1 1/16
