I have two lake houses in west central FL,one I live in & the other is a rental, listed for 250000 for each or get both for 425000. The sale is to fund buying a lagoon,any interest in a trade? That would give you room & and an investment. The rental is rented for 900 per month & it would save me time.. People say sell houses & then buy but for the right person it could be a great deal for both
