Want To Buy: Lease to own liveaboard in Florida

Hello all,

My family and I are looking for a lease to own type of arrangement on a liveaboard capable of sleeping my wife and two kids. My wife is a nurse and I earn my living online, so we are very capable of relocating and making the transition to a liveaboard situation.

Our goal is to find a boat that is in the water at a marina that is in sailable condition, so that we may take it out on weekends.

Does anyone have a boat they'd like to sell on a month to month basis without a massive down payment?
