For Sale: Leopard 47 Owner's Version

We have decided to sell our 2004 Leopard 47 catamaran. We ordered the boat in summer of 2004 and took delivery 12/24/04.The boat is an absolutely loaded owner's version (3 cabin/heads) that we have full time cruised since 2005. Never chartered. Many upgrades and full time maintenance staff (me) have caused numerous cases of "boat envy" throughout the Caribbean. We're currently in Martinique and will be cruising the S.E. Caribbean until the end of hurricane season then head north to the States via Bahamas. It'll definitely be weird as I haven't stepped foot on U.S. soil for 5 years.

as it happens I'm in the market for a cat. Made an offer (fell through)on a leopard 45 (a 47 with the tyransom shortened) in Jan this year so I'm somewhat familiar with the model. What are you asking? I live on Sanibel, SW florida. the idea initially is to dock the boat at my house. Needs to be able to make entry through a fairly narrow canal entry . The entry was dredged this year and is supposedly 6ft deep at low tide. Are you planning to be in gulf anytime? If so maybe you can freshen up at our dock and show me the boat?

Thanks for the response. We just arrived Grenada from Martinique. I'm working up a spec sheet on the boat this weekend and will post as soon as completed.
