Looking ...

Hello,
I am looking to purchase my first sailboat early fall, after this season.
Professional responsibilities preclude this summer.
A competent coastal cruiser, monohull, bluewater accessible somewhere between 26 and 35 feet. Skeg keel, full, etcetera of lesser import. The plan is for 1 to 3 month cruises, Florida, Caribbean and the like, further in a few years when our daughter is off to college.
The ability to solo manage desirable. Here’s the thing though, she must be turn key condition, cared for ‘with an open checkbook’ as the phrase goes, requiring little.

I am repeatedly amused at oxymoronic claims like, ‘Yanmar in excellent condition, and with a little work should run fine.’
I’ve owned Center Console fishing rigs and have de-skinned enough knuckles, gone through the emotional service roller-coaster calls like ‘your new tank is in, but seems to have been dented in shipping and needs to go back.’
I am willing to invest anywhere in the 5 to 6 digit realm. I don’t believe in low-balling, in beating someone up for an always lower price. A good value should be a good value - for both sides.
I am a reputable, honest, simple person with which to do business.
If you think you may be trading up or trading out in the foreseeable future keep my contact information.
My home is Phila/South Jersey.
Thanks much,

Would you be interested in Hanse 401 equipped for extended cruising ie solar, wind, watermaker located in the Pacific NW?
