Recheck your measurement . I believe 49 is to short for a 473. I bought mine new from north direct for 1600.00 , it is 52 luff.

I am looking for a asym as well for my boat. For that price what did you get? Cloth weight? Reinforcement at corners and foot? Etc???

Edit: not a Bene but comparable size

Mine is not bene as well. The reason I recomended to recheck size is because I bought a used mainsail from a bene 473 and it was a foot to long, still i got a 52 luff spinnaker and the OP is looking for 49 ft. Anyway the spinnaker I bought is .75 Oz but they had 1.5 for the same price. It has well reinforced corners. The snoofer was 400 extra.

thanks agreed the B473 handles up to 54' luff I want to have good visibility under the spinnaker and do a lot of single handed sailing I would like the foot to clear the rail without problem
