Want to Rent: Looking for temp mooring or caretaker in St Maarten

Hello,
We are looking for either of the following:
1) a strong mooring which we could rent for a month or more, starting as soon as possible, for our 16.5 tons 48ft sailboat, preferably in oyster pond.
2) a caretaker which could keep an eye on our sailboat while away. References required.
