Merc 4 hp 4 cycle outboard

I got this motor and then found it was too big for my dinky. It is a low hour motor with less then 10 hours, but it hasn't been started for about 4 years. I found a leak in the fuel tank, so I got a new one. No time to play with the motor, but it turns over and I think it will be an easy fix. Have owners manual and other goodie's, but is as is......$450 Motor is in north myrtle beach, sc. cell is best@ 520 405 2705....Thanks Bob
