Try the broker Welcome to MultiHull World - Catamaran, trimaran, prout, heavenly twins, patterson, summer twins, sirroco, catana, outremer, nautitech, privilege, solaris, sunbeam, Dean, Catalac, Lagoon, Multimarine,Voyager, fountaine pajot, Edel, multihulls, dragonfly, corsair, for an idea of type and prices. I'm ten miles away, bought and sold my Prout thro them, happy to go down and view a boat your interested in at Emsworth but they have boats all over Europe.

Re: Money in Cash for a Catamaran - Up to $180,000 USD

With a hard limits of 40' or greater and US$180,000 or less, the pickings are slim. A quick yachtworld search yields 23 catamarans worldwide. From there, filter out the ones that don't fit your other search criteria. The newest of these was built in 2003, if age is a concern. Of the manufacturers you have listed there are 4 available on yachtworld.

I'm not saying that there isn't a boat out there that will meet your criteria. I am saying that you may need to make some compromises - save more money, consider a smaller boat, or wait a long time until your boat comes along.

I wish it weren't so. I will be looking for a similar catamaran when I've finished saving.

Good luck!
