Monitor wind vane for parts , unit complete , mainframe and some other parts damaged ,but lots of useful stuff for rebuilding or spares, two rudders , would need some work too , several vane blades , located Norfolk VA. , ask for details

Interested in the wheel adapter if you have one. Also, what was it mounted on, and what parts are damaged?

No wheel adapter , mounted on swedish built 35' dubbel ender , the main frame is damaged beyond repair . Build a new one or acquire one from Scanmar.
