Post Monitor Windvane

YOUR FAVORITE FIRST MATE! (and, one that never complains)
Want to enjoy every passage, ‘magna-cum-laude’? Find yourself safely buckled-down, especially in most challenging weather, while your best friend, the Monitor Windvane, staunchly minds the wheel, keeps you on course and earns your enduring admiration.
This Monitor Windvane is on an Islander 36; it has a proven track record.
An 8-year world circumnavigation completed in 2007, mostly single-handed, and recently, this Monitor Windvane was instrumental in winning me the first place honor (in my boats class) in the off-shore adventure of the Single-Handed Transpack race. The race began in San Francisco and ended in Hanalei Bay, Kauai, Hawaii. I, then, completed my passage by sailing to Washington State, turned South along the California coast, and home to Channel Islands Harbor.
Want reliability? Rest assured, all the kinks are worked out.
It comes with 3 safety tubes, a light air windvane, and a wheel adapter.
Asking price: $2,900 obo

I'm interested in your windvane. I've never used one before. Have been using a wheel pilot (small Autohelm) which has finally dies from working too hard on my 41 ft Gulfstar center cockpit sloop. A few questions, however.
Does it come with all the mounting apparatus I see on the stern of your boat?
Does it come with installation instructions?
Does it come with operating instructions?
Doies it rerq
