Want To Buy: Monohull 54ft range

I am looking for a monohull sailboat in the 54 ft range somewhere in Europe - ideally Med but anywhere is doable.
the perfect candidate would be aluminium, have a pilot house, swing down keel, room to sleep 8 and is either empty or not completely finished.
If you have anything in that size range please let me know, even if there is no pilot house and different material etc. please contact me anyways.
All reasonable offers will of course be answered!
Also: I have a 30ft S2 9.2C completely redone with electric engine, composting toilet, remodelled interior, Windvane steering etc sitting in Annapolis that I could trade/swap
Looking forward to hearing from interested people or people with ideas where to look for project boats in Europe!
