Mooring in Lake Champlain for Mooring in Long Island Sound

Just for 2015 season we want to offer our mooring in Lake Champlain in trade. Would like to keep our boat in Long Island Sound or somewhere close to there. Our mooring accommodates up to 40' boats and would require the same. We need sufficient depth for a 5' draft boat.
