Want to Rent: Mooring in New South Wales, Australia

Love this forum and browse it regulary, picking up lots as I go. I would like to find a mooring to suit a 25 foot, 2 tonne yacht in the Hardings Bay, Woy Woy NSW area to rent medium term. Love to hear from anyone that maybe able to help.

NSW Maritime has nothing available?

I looked at the Brisbane Water map and while Hardys Bay has nothing (and a big waiting list!) other sites look to be more available.
