You might try calling them. They do take back the occasional unit from folks... Rare but it does happen.

I got mine from them at a discount, it had been returned with a scratch on it from shipping... Never used but they gave me a nice discount.

Great folks to work with, and the better of the heAds on the market IMHO.

Hi, why did you decided to go with a Natures Head rather than Air Head?

Much better hardware, better design, and $100 cheaper.

Airhead uses tiny plastic thumbscrews to hold the top to the bottom, and worse yet to secure the urine bottle. To empty the bottle on the airhead you have to unscrew two of these tiny screws (they go through a flimsy plastic bracket) to dump it. They fall out, and it is an Awkard process.

Natures head has two well made (heavy duty) stainless steel latches. These release easily, but latch securely. It also has heavy duty hinges on the back, that will last for a long long time.

Natures head is the much better unit. I have lived with both.
