For Sale: Need helpto add pics to boat for sale ad

tried following instruction details but they don't work for me. Says 'click reply ---but there is no "reply" on thread starter page??????? seems that's to add pics to a general discussion page.

At the bottom of the window there is a button thats called "go advanced".
Click that and you will get all sorts of goodies including the "insert image" button

Im really stupid but always want specifics because of that. Are you referring to a window on the thread starter page of Boats for sale? Thanks

You should be able to simply "reply" to your add now and add the images.

Well I was kind of thinking that might be the procedure-- however the moderaters-- in their ultimate sacred wisdom-- delete my ad as soon as it appears because it has no photos--- so how can I ad photos to comply with their rules, when they have deleted the post BEFORE I can get the photos added

George, I load my pix to photobucket and then take the link it provides and paste to post. There must be other sites too.

Well early in morning and I have typed ad again and tried every suggestion --either my computer is broke or these non explicate directions are faulty

even on this message I cannot add pics when I click 'manage attachments in the window below nothing happens except the 'manage attachments little window turns a blue color. The paper clip above for 'attachments' also does not work

This might help -

When making a New Thread click - New Thread

Then Fill out your ad, then scroll down to "Manage Attachments"

Add files one at a time - up to 6 and upload. Once those 6 are done you can actually add 6 more for a total of 12.

Manage attachments is available on "Make New Thread" and "Reply" and "Go Advanced when using "Quick Reply"

Tried that numerous time--'Manage attachments little window does not open,just turns blue.

Yup - Sounds like a pop up blocker - In Chrome you will get a little icon in the upper right corner (corner pictured here but not icon - it has a little red X through it and will be next to the star and magnifying glass) - right click and allow pop-ups from cruisers forum.

In internet explorer I think you get a notice across the whole header bar in yellow.

I forget what Firefox does.

I have the same problem,I can't add pictures and I tried the advance one as well.I included a link to craigslist with 3 pictures but not sure if they let the link stay in the add. My pictures are simple jpeg's.
