never used, new Dickinson Antarctic diesel heater & lots of fittings

Bought this in preparation for upgrading the heat in our wooden boat. Never installed, never used, Dickinson Antarctic heater, lists new for $1253.95. Also have many of the fittings:
deck fitting list $85.87
Heatex list $288.92
22' pipe with barometric list $111.-
flue guard for pipe w/barometric (installed) list 77.60
2 flue pipes 22" list $70.60
2 45 degree elbows list $84.60
3 additional flue guards list $232.80

Total list is $2205.40. Any reasonable offer will be considered and I will gladly pack this up and ship it anywhere, so long as you pay for shipping, insurance, etc.

Reason we are selling: we have decided to live aboard, and so this takes up a bunch of space in our rather small main cabin, plus we have 3 cabins to heat, with full bulkheads in between, as well as an engine room/head which completely separates the main cabin from the middle stateroom. So what we've realized that we essentially would need two heaters to get heat to both side of the bulkheads. So we're opting for a different system (not sure which one yet, but thinking Webasto because we can mount that in the engine room and run vents fore and aft). We also would gain the footprint of this stove, and want to mount a small desk/drop leaf type table onto that bulkhead.

You can read all the specs on the Antarctic on this web site:

DickinsonMarine.com - Diesel Heaters

I think you can download the manual there, as well, but I'm pretty sure I downloaded it, as well. So I will look in my files and see if I have it, and can email it to you, if you like.

This heater's btu range is 6500-16250, and will work for boats 36'-40'.

I will try to attach photos to this posting.

Open to all reasonable offers. Thanks for checking this out.

Also, we are driving from Maine to Naples, FL as of next week. There may be a way to fit in into the car and drive it south, if this is what you are looking for

Wonderful system. I would love it. But much to large for my needs. The photo's did not come through at first and I did not know it was so large. But it looks great.

Re: never used, new Dickinson Antarctic diesel heater & lots of fittings

Ok, thanks for looking. Wonder why the photos took a while to open? The heater's for a boat 34'-40'. Ours is 46, and we knew when we got it that we'd need to figure out supplemental heat for the forward cabins, so we were thinking about a toe-kicker, but I think the other system will be a better fit because we can have one unit, and two vents, get heat everywhere with just one unit. We don't care if we see a stove, and now that we've crossed the bridge on using another system, we've managed to make some grand plans for the footprint the heater took up, already! Doesn't take long!!!

I do have it posted locally on Craigslist but I'll check out Ebay - unfamiliar territory for me, but no harm in posting it
