NEW: Demand Water Heater - Propane . . .
Brand new Excel propane-fired demand water heater. Purchased to install on my Nonsuch but decided to rebuild my Paloma. Provides instant hot water at 1.6 GPM. No pilot light, auto-lights on demand.

Paid US$225.00, asking US$150.00 plus shipping.
