It has the day and night vision capability on it.
Actually found a lost diver off the west coast of
Pt.Rico at 2:00am in the morning last year.

Prices vary by model and a couple are brand new for 150 and below. Could you post a pic?

If you happen to be close by a WalMart, they do actually stock Night Owl monoculars,
and you are correct,some of them are 150 or under,although these were more
expensive,i think night vision is night vision.
