The short lever is the throttle (one direction) and the long is the shifter fwd/rev.

Check with Jon @Mass Marine Parts 1-617-719-8232 they have a bunch of stuff in containers and a whole bunch of boats they are dismantling. just leave message he will return your call no i don't have anything to do with them i was there as couple wks age for my own boat and where they are just starting out and they are not known figured i'd spread word a little also note they charge 50% of new for most of their stuff
